The Hammer turns 8!

 Oh, hey, look at that. We had a birthday.

Kinda missed our anniversary last year, seeing as things were a bit... crazy. But the calendar says we've been doing this for 8 years now!

While there aren't as many posts as there once were (kids, careers and international moves will do that) we're still plugging along, hobbying whenever possible.

I recall walking into the Games Workshop in Burbank and buying my first starter set as clearly as I recall seeing Tale of Painters mega painters series and thinking, "Hey I could make a blog, too".

It's crazy to think that what started as "Assault on Black Reach" grew into a hobby that has been with me for nearly ten years. At this point, I've painted over a thousand models, crafted custom scenery, and even built my own gaming table.
