The Hammer turns 6!

Well, I'll be damned.

Last week we went and turned six! Kinda hard to believe we've been posting this long. Sure doesn't seem like it.

While our posting schedule isn't nearly as strenuous as it was when we launched (three times a week?! Who were we kidding?) we've still managed to plug along. During this time, I've fathered two amazing sons, switched jobs twice, and painted eight (!) armies of various sizes as well as countless terrain pieces.

And since its launch, our little diary has collected nearly 400,000 pageviews, averaging 2,000 - 4,000 a month.

Our first post was a simple declaration of existence.

Our most viewed post is the tutorial for painting Tau sept Vior'la.

Our least viewed post is a work in progress of Bandai's 1:12 scale R2D2. Shame, that. It turned out really well. (I suppose this is a warhammer blog, after all. Makes sense)

Our most discussed post is a link to free, custom Tyranid psychic markers that we created. Who knew providing a useful resource to the gaming community would spark conversation?!

Thank you to everyone who has stopped by to read our blog. We hope that our work as been informative and fun!
