Been a while since I posted something up, but I've actually been getting a fair bit of work done on my Seraphon and Alpha Legion. I'm out of the habit getting posts up. We'll see if we can remedy that in the new year!
Some of you (if anyone is still reading) may remember that I'd started a Seraphon army for Age of Sigmar. They've been sitting in a box ever since I posted...probably 9-10 months ago untouched. Well since then I've actually played Sigmar, liked it, and decided it's high time I get this hobby table dirty again. My buddy Greymantle and his wife got me going again and it looks like we may have Trip up and running again too. Hopefully all 4 (yes 4) of us will get this site up and running again shortly. **throws down gauntlet**
Here's the showpiece model from the Start Collecting box: the Saurus Oldblood on Carnosaur. Not sure how fast I'll get it all painted as I'm much closer to fielding a force of Alpha Legion and kind of itching to get that done, but I'm having fun breaking out the hobby knife again. This model was actually a lot of fun to put together, minus a few gaping seams that needed filling. Sorry for the crappy pic. I'm not really set up for photos at the moment. One step at a time...

I love this model - so close to tempting me to collect lizardmen when it was released.
ReplyDeleteSadly Seraphon have been claimed by one of my mates who's planning on starting AoS this year so I'll be watching this with interest in a kind of vicarious enjoyment!
Do you have an idea of a scheme yet?
Haven't decided yet. May have to eBay an old codex for some ideas.
