A gallery of the piranhas I completed in November for my Tau mega-painters project.
I had to drag my camera gear and photo booth setup out to take a bunch of studio shots, so sorry for the delay in posting these.
Overall, I'm really pleased with the way these models turned out. They're the first vehicles I've completed for my Tau force, and the paint scheme is working well on them.
I've decided to add something to all the showcase galleries in the future - a cinematic shot of the model on my completed forgeworld table.
Here's an additional closeup, as well as a behind-the-scenes shot of how it was created.
It may be glitz and glamour in front of the camera, but behind the scenes, it's all duct tape and cardboard.

ReplyDeleteMan, those things pop on the dark background, but I'm really amazed how good they look on the white background. Spent some serious time with the lasso tool, did we?
